We’re searching for an energetic and reliable Retail & Operations Associate who can support daily store activities both on the retail floor and behind the scenes. If you love sports, enjoy interacting with people, and have interest or experience in the trading card market, this is the perfect role for you.
In-store responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
Engage with collectors and help guide them through our products
Operate the checkout system and help maintain a clean, organized store
Operations & Hobby support:
Assist with sorting, inventory and incoming shipments
Prepare and package orders for shipping
Support the breaking team
Contribute ideas and help shape the store’s growth and community
Good command of English (spoken) – you’ll interact with international customers
Good command of Dutch (spoken) is a strong advantage
Passion for sports (any discipline—knowledge is a plus!)
Interest or knowledge of the trading card market is a strong advantage
Friendly, proactive and comfortable talking to customers
Reliable, responsible and eager to learn
Flexible team player who enjoys both retail and hands-on operational tasks
