Shipping policy


  1. Shipping is NOT included in product prices. When buying boxes or cards, shipping options show up during checkout. When buying into breaks, shipping is done on request, as we allow all customers to save cards for one bigger shipping. Shipping can be requested here. Currently, there is free shipping to the United Kingdom (50 cent handling fee). This does not mean they get shipped automatically. Make sure you request shipping. All cards will be saved securely until shipping has been requested.

  2. Shipping and delivery of products will be handled by third party companies, such as PostNL, Royal Mail, UPS, USPS or others. Within the Netherlands, everything is handled by PostNL, UPS or DHL. Once it gets to the country of destination, it will be handed over to other national or international shipping companies.

  3. Before shipping, we make sure all cards are safe and secure, and will not be damaged by us (if this does happen, we will let the customer know, so we can arrange a fair deal to make up for potential losses). If there’s no damage to cards by our hands, we are not responsible for any damages or losses in transit to the customer. Refunds will therefore not be given. A goodwill gesture may be given in form of a gift card for our store. All valuable cards will be sleeved and/or toploaded. Less valuable cards will be securely placed in resealable team bags. We use cushioned envelopes, bubble wrap or any other material that will help keep the cards safe and secure.

  4. Make sure you use the right address for checkout. This is the address the products will be shipped to. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the wrong address being used at checkout.

Storage Policy

All cards purchased through breaks remain the property of the buyer. Shipping is not included by default and must be requested and paid for separately by the buyer.

CTRL Breaks will hold purchased cards for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If the buyer does not request and pay for shipping within this period, the buyer forfeits the right to have the cards shipped, and CTRL Breaks reserves the right to dispose of or resell the cards without further notice or compensation.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to request shipping in time. CTRL Breaks will try to send reminders, but the responsibility to arrange shipment ultimately lies with the buyer.
