Yes, we do. We ship worldwide and always look for the best balance between service, speed, and price.
We recently added UPS, which usually gives the best value for international shipping.
What is a break?
A break is your chance to collect cards from your favorite teams or players.
You buy a “spot” in a break, and once it’s full, we open the boxes live on stream, either random team/player or pick your team/player style.
I bought into a break. What happens next?
After buying your spot, sit tight until the break is sold out. On the product page, you’ll find the date we aim to go live.
We stream three times a week on Twitch and YouTube, check our schedule to see when your break is happening.
I watched the break, how do I get my cards?
You can request shipping here. Add it to your cart, choose your preferred courier, and we’ll get your cards ready to ship.
The shipping costs are higher than my hits. What now?
No stress. We’ll store your cards safely until you’re ready. You can wait until you’ve joined more breaks or bought a sealed box before requesting shipping.
I joined breaks from different accounts, can my cards ship together?
Yes. We organize cards by first and last name, not email. Even if you used multiple accounts, your cards will ship together once shipping is requested.
I’ve requested shipping. How long does it take?
We ship breaks 1–2 times per week. Delivery time depends on your chosen courier, usually 1–5 days for express and up to 2–3 weeks for standard tracked shipping.
I bought a sealed box. When will it arrive?
We ship sealed boxes every day. For international orders, UPS is usually the fastest and most reliable option without crazy prices.
Can I combine a sealed box with cards from my breaks?
Yes. We always check if you have cards stored with us before shipping your box. If you do, we’ll combine them in one shipment.
My box arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please take clear photos before opening the package and contact us via email. We pack everything with care, but if something goes wrong, we’ll help you sort it out.
The contents are damaged, what now?
Send us photos via email. We’ll take a look and find the best solution together.
Can I return items or get a refund?
Because of price fluctuations in the market, we don’t accept returns. Refunds are only possible in rare cases and always after discussing the situation with you.
